We consult on building issues that require system thinking across different disciplines.  Making a change in a building system impacts other parts of the building.  We look at those interactions in plan review, throughout the construction process, and/or after the structure is occupied.  We will ensure the systems and materials utilized will be long lasting to minimize the building's environmental impact and improve performance for the occupants.  

We can act as an owner's representative for your project to ensure your building is built the way it should be.  Often important details are missed or omitted during the construction process that can lead to costly repairs or increased operational costs over the life of the building.  Construction projects often need an unbiased third party construction expert to represent the owner.
